Sorry for not blogging for many many many months. I hope I could make a come back or at least blog once a week 
keeping my finger cross.
recently i just enter a new career path. it’s kinda scary cause i will be total idiotic to the industry. it was a totally different enviroment, ppl and etc. as i progressively learning about the work and the industry, i am enjoying it at the moment. i reckon there always up and downs in every industry, it’s just how you manage it and how you going to hold the highs at all time. my colleagues are cool and we have fun during office hrs and etc. i miss hanging out with my best pal when both of us are jobless.
a number of ppl posted me with heaps of questions, why do i want to join this industry as my background of my career is totally opposite end, why do i want to take paycut at such time, why, how, when and etc. personally i think life is short and if you are really unhappy with work, enviroment, ppl and etc, why not move on, why you wanna suffer yourself. if you look long term, i reckon i should be able to catch up to where i will be if i am still in my old industry. with passion, interest, hardwork and willing to learn then any barriers should be able to overcome.
I had a good talk with my best pal last night. we talked about a number of things. i remember something and it’s quite true. no point comparing with people about your career life and etc. we just got to live life as it is and improve according to our strenght. life will always be change and all. i think we are going thru life changing stage or we are growing up, mature.
i do hope i will be able to do well. this is just my two cents of opinion. i also do hope that i will be able to update my blog either weekly or monthly see ya next week
I had a new plan. I am wondering whether will this plan wor? have spoken to a few ppl and i think there’s much more to do before thislan able to roll out.

Yes!!! I am still sore over not getting bonus and increment. They used me like a walking dictionary or MPPJ…AARRGGHH!!!!
this week is the worst week…
the management cant make a decision for nut…they dont have balls. i wonder how they can climb to tt position? i feel so betray and unappreciated. the 2 most recent incidents tt happen : -
first incident,basically my director was asking me about the progress of the project so i update him. a week later, my director asked me again. the project was delay and the vendor is giving me a lot of problems due to lack of communication within their own team, lack of commitment and incompetency. they cant even solve a simple problem and i will be helping them to solve it as i am a part of them, i dont mind helping cause i want to get the project up and running. examples of their weakness, all the members have different understanding, asked the same question at different time, give empty promises, dont bother to update me, avoid my call, no project manager, dont update each other, low knowledge, dumb and etc. with all these problems arise, of course there will be a huge delay and you will get frustated because ur boss chase for the project to get done and they delay you for such a long period. i did send out an email to the director of the vendor and cc my director. of course the director of the vendor got angry and shot back an email saying that they cant do this or havent gotten any informations and bla bla bla…so i reply back and attach all the previous communication email back to them. there was a short silent for about few hours then i went to my colleague’s place and talk, suddenly i saw an email from my director with the same subject title. i quickly went back to my place to check, i didnt receive. a few minutes later, i received an email from my colleague. basically the email saying tt both parties are at wrong. wtf, i didnt do anything wrong and i have prove as well.this is the breaking point for me…
second incident, i wanted to take leave and i already planned way before i join.it’s a festive season for them.it’s because i already plan a long time ago. then one of my colleague said tt i cannot take leave because is a festiva. and they want to take leave but didnt book their leave ahead. i already discuss with my other colleague and he agreed so tt he could cover my job for me when i am away. i mean who is he to talk to me in tt sense.
there’s plenty more incidents…bottomline is they are just a dumb ass.i know i can survive with the current situation cause i am willing to learn and work hard, vice versa they will die of hunger if the lose their job.
Are you really happy with your work? ie. working environment, amount of work, bosses, colleagues, pay and etc… 2 of my colleagues and myself was bit*hing about the company, weird colleagues, boss and pay. more on the topic is more on our boss. our boss is a very tough woman, she’s in her late 30s and not marry. try to imagine how would she be? umm…better rephrase myself, how would her character be, not marry, in her late 30s + lady boss? ahahaha!!!! i am not trying to be feminist or anything, i am just stating a fact. i might create some havoc in this discussion, i am sorry if i offended you. i am just trying to have an open discussion
as a conclusion, we assume that she have gone thru a tough time with her previous company and her boss. so she’s making us going thru the same process where she’s been before. as a human, we wil tend to complain about her and her management style and etc cause it doesnt favor our kind style…as we think thru properly, it’s good to go thru this shit than later. think on the positive side, the shit that she have been giving us is good learning curve. we do learn on how to handle all those shit and in future we will tend to be alert and not to make the same mistake.
to cut it short, i think most of our bosses give us shit, try not to complain so much and treat it as a learning curve. think of it this way, he/she wouldnt be your boss if he/she didnt go thru the shit that you are experiencing now. btw, not all bosses give us the learning kind of shit, some of them give you pure shit. that one you can forget it and just leave if you dont learn much.
